Graphite special-shaped parts

High-purity graphite blocks are a special material with a carbon content of ≥99.9%, featuring high-temperature resistance (melting point 3850℃), excellent electrical and thermal conductivity (thermal conductivity 580W/(m·K)), and chemical inertness. Its density is 1.7-1.8g/cm³, and it can be formed by molding or isostatic pressing. It is widely used in semiconductor wafer manufacturing (with a thermal deformation of 0.003mm/300mm), crucibles for photovoltaic single crystal furnaces, and high-temperature resistant components for aerospace.

  • Product Detail
  • Graphite special-shaped parts, with their high-temperature resistance and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, are widely used in the following fields:

In the metallurgical industry, graphite special-shaped parts are often used to manufacture graphite crucibles, steel inget protectants and inner linings of metallurgical furnaces. For instance, they are used as heating elements and heat insulation screens in vacuum furnaces during high-temperature smelting, which can significantly extend the service life of equipment and reduce energy consumption.

    2. As an electrode material, graphite shaped parts conduct current in electric arc furnaces and resistance furnaces and are used for smelting alloy steel, calcium carbide, etc. In semiconductor production, precisely machined graphite crucibles can enhance product purity and have a service life more than twice as long as that of ordinary products.

    3. It is applied to new energy equipment (such as vacuum brazing furnaces), and its high-temperature resistance and chemical stability ensure the stable operation of the equipment in high-temperature environments while reducing energy consumption.

    4. The precision-machined graphite special-shaped parts (such as the structure of heat dissipation teeth) can meet the tolerance requirement of 0.05mm and are used for manufacturing precision mechanical components, such as the positioning hole processing of vacuum furnaces. ‌
