Silicon carbide plastic is a functional refractory material with silicon carbide particles as the main material. It has high thermal conductivity and strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for working conditions with high heat load and strong wear. Characteristics of silicon carbide plastic: 1. Super wear resistance: The hardness of silicon carbide is second only to diamond, it has excellent resistance to material erosion and has good wear resistance. 2. High thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity is 3-5 times that of traditional materials, which improves thermal efficiency. 3. Anti-oxidation protection: The surface self-generates a silicon dioxide film to delay high-temperature oxidation. 4. Corrosion resistance: Good resistance to corrosion by alkaline and acidic materials.
