Project Introduction
The casting material at the guide plate of the horizontal flue of furnace No. 2 was cleaned and transported, and after the dust and debris were cleaned, the pins were welded, the wire mesh was tied, and the wear-resistant lining was re-cast after asphalt brushing. The construction was carried out during the maintenance of 206B.
The estimated casting volume of the horizontal flue of this project is 6m³, and the construction is strictly in accordance with the material requirements and technical requirements.
Casting material selection: refractoriness is greater than or equal to 1750℃;, after baking at 100℃×24H, the volume density is ≥2.6g/cm3, the flexural strength (110±5℃) is greater than or equal to 10Mpa; the compressive strength (110℃±5℃) is greater than or equal to 80Mpa (the material requires good thermal shock stability and not less than 20 times, and has good resistance to water vapor immersion).
V-shaped pins are made of Φ6mm heat-resistant stainless steel with a material of 06Cr25Ni20. The wire mesh is made of heat-resistant steel bars of the same material Φ6mm.
Make welded steel bar pins (the quantity is calculated based on the total amount of castable material) and apply asphalt protective coating.
