1. Project Scale
The Kaifeng CECEP Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Project is designed with 3×350 t/d waste incineration lines, achieving a daily processing capacity of 1,000 tons and an annual processing volume of 365,000 tons of municipal solid waste. The equipment model is SLC350-4.0/400.
2. Construction Scope
The scope includes the replacement and construction of castable refractory materials for:
· #3 furnace components: front arch, rear arch, front wall, front partition wall, left/right side walls;
· Flue gas ducts: primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary ducts;
· Auxiliary structures: castable for manhole doors and sealing boxes;
· Leakage remediation: removal of external cladding and internal lining reconstruction at ash leakage points around the grate and furnace walls.
